To provide on-call and emergency wet well cleaning services for the Raleigh Water Resource Recovery Division. This includes the wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and lift stations. Cleaning shall include the use of industrial vacuum trucks to remove sludge, dirt, grease, etc. from the interior walls and bottoms of the wet wells. This includes removal of all foreign objects or debris either manually or mechanically. The project is to provide wet well cleaning on an “as needed” basis. The City reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with firms based on price, location of services, hours of operation, and/or availability of services with minimum delay. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the quantity of work to be awarded under any as‐needed service contract. The City reserves the right to add additional locations that could benefit from this solicitation as needed
