Scope of Services The City intends to select one or more firms from the outlined service below. Please see the scope of services requested, firms are not required to provide all services listed below in order to submit a statement of qualifications (SOQ); however, the SOQ should include the specific area of interest outlined below: Water Distribution and Sanitary Sewer Collection Scope of Services • Preliminary Engineering; • Water and sewer studies, modeling and master planning; • Environmental permitting/riparian buffer and wetlands delineation; • Design of water and sewer systems and appurtenances including line extensions, replacements, rehabilitation, pressure reducing stations, elevated storage tanks, etc.; • Design of new pump stations and pump station improvements/rehabilitation; • Permitting and regulatory compliance/assistance; • Modeling; • Construction administration and oversight; and • Other related services as needed • Ability to design projects similar to a list of potential planned projects below.
