Specifications include, but are not limited to: Guilford County Schools (GCS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Systems Integration and Implementation Services to complete an in-flight Oracle Cloud Software (ERP) Package implementation. GCS was using a state-approved vendor for implementation services and agreed to mutually part ways with the state-approved vendor. • Timeclock solution: The previous integrator had a custom-built timeclock solution that GCS had planned to implement. This timeclock was similar to Oracle’s Time and Labor Web Click and integrated with Oracle, but had functionality built in specific to North Carolina school districts. GCS no longer has any plans to implement the custom-built timeclock and would like to use the delivered Oracle Cloud timeclock or would like the Bidder to propose a timeclock solution. Some features that the custom-built timeclock solution had included: o The ability to capture the IP address of the person clocking in so GCS could tell which school or district location that a user was clocking in o Exempt staff had the ability to “check-in” versus clocking in/out o Employees could electronically submit a change request, have it approved, and time automatically updated after approval o Department or Schools admin could see exempt employees that have checked in and all time entries for non-exempt employees o Leave requests would automatically populate to an employee's time card after the leave has been approved by the manager/supervisor o Ability to change comp time to overtime for payroll purposes o Ability to perform job costing • Talent management: Describe your solutioning approach to implementing Talent Management for your clients. • Scanning software and hardware for fixed asset and inventory: The previous State Approved System Integrator did not provide guidance around which scanning software or hardware could be used in conjunction with Oracle Cloud. • Payroll and AP Tax Calculation - Through the previous State Approved System Integrator, GCS had acquired a yearly license for ADP Smart Compliance that was bundled with the Oracle Cloud license. The ADP Smart Compliance license assisted with payroll tax calculations in Oracle Cloud. For Accounts Payable, GCS currently does not have a license for assisting with tax calculations in Oracle Cloud.
