Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Roof Areas A1, A2 and CA2:a.Prepare asphalt shingle roof and provide 1" Roof Insulation over asphaltshingles.b.Ensure retrofit framing and fasteners penetrating roof system areinstalled in a watertight condition.c.Provide batt insulation over roof system.d.Provide condensation control insulation and thermal spacers over zeepurlin retrofit framing.e.Provide standing seam metal roof panel system along with flashings, trimand accessories as specified in Section 07 41 13 "Metal Roof Panels".f.Provide snow guard system along eave edge and upslope side of roofpenetrations as specified in Section 07 72 00 "Roof Accessories".g.Provide a complete, weathertight, 20-year warrantable roof assemblywith 30-year finish warranty.2.Remove rooftop walkway platforms around mechanical units to allow for roofinstallation.Reinstall walkway platforms after roof installation to matchexisting conditions.
