Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will be an important addition to the School and includes: - Sitework, including but not limited to demolition of existing sidewalks, grading, drainage, and repaving around the new security addition. - Construction of the addition itself including demolition of existing canopy, new footings, structural steel structure, load bearing masonry walls with brick veneer, doors and hardware, interior finishes and other work included in the construction documents. The roof is installed by a separate contractor. GC to coordinate with roofing contractor. - Electrical work includes lighting, power, rough in for low voltage for communication and access control, distribution, and other work included in the construction documents. - Mechanical work includes electrical heater and ventilation fans, controls and other work included in the construction documents.
