Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide delivery, set up, breakdown and pick up of canopy tents, tables, chairs, weighted plastic outdoor stanchions and Christmas lights in one (1) tent for NC Museum of Natural Sciences located at Bicentennial Plaza, Fletcher Garden area, 100 block of Jones Street and 100 block of Edenton Street in downtown Raleigh, NC. A hand truck/dolly is the only allowed equipment for unloading and loading. A. All dimensions of the listed equipment are exact. Substitute dimensions are not allowed. B. Thirty-three (33) Canopies total. 1) Fifteen (15) 10’ x 10’ – Length of canopy tent legs must be 10’. 2) One (1) 15’ x 15’ – Length of canopy tent legs must be 10’. 3) Two (2) 16’ x 32’ - Length of canopy tent legs must be 8’. 4) One (1) 9’ x 10’ - Length of canopy tent legs must be 8’.
