Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Renovate the front entrance of the New Revenue Building and remove the obsolete revolving doors. The design will address safety, security, access control and ADA access. 2. Remodel the Security Command Center to remove old obsolete equipment and furniture. Upgrade workstations and monitors to maximize capability of new CCTV and Access Control systems. Upgrade outdated equipment for operational effectiveness. 3. Provide additional security at loading dock entrance by implementing security measures that may include installation of bollards, a more secure roll gate, use of additional barriers at loading entrance to improve the security at the entrance and control vehicle access and movement. 4. Update the emergency exit signage throughout the building to improve safety and security. 5. Review findings of the security survey by the US Department of Homeland Security. Work with owner to identify additional safety and security measures to be implemented at the New Revenue Building within the available project funding. Project includes site work, utility, and landscaping.
