Design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services are required for the modernization of the existing fire alarm notification system in the New Revenue Building located in Raleigh, NC. The scope of work for this project includes evaluation of the existing audio amplifier system and recommendations for replacement or extension of the speakers, amplifiers, strobes and associated power supplies to provide a system in compliance with NFPA and ADA standards. Replacement of all existing smoke detectors should also be evaluated. The facility must remain functional during construction and all construction activities will need to be scheduled in order to minimize disruption of services within the building.
