A cloud native, microservice-driven SaaS application that is API driven, and leverages an AI Core architecture with flexible choice of public cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform) is preferred. The centralized platform must allow for rapid deployment, provide the ability to manage the entire network infrastructure, and meet the following requirements and/or features: • Zero touch onboarding of all wired and wireless hardware to be fully supported by the cloud centralized platform. ▪ The same architecture for a single device or as many devices as needed, both today and in the future. Network must allow running variable wireless standards to enable longer equipment lifespan. oUnified platform for single pane-of-glass visibility of all devices across the entire network. • Provide unified management for wired, wireless, SD-WAN, and security from a single, integrated platform to enable improved efficiency. • Ability to configure a single network configuration policy that can be applied to devices across all sites or individual policies per site. • Easy to use and intuitive interface. • Preference to include built-in AI to automate workflows for design, configuration, troubleshooting, and migration. • Include multiple modes of AI interaction (conversational, multimodal, and agentic). • Provide interactive analytics and dashboards with the ability to customize the views between charts, graphs, and tables in real-time. • Responsive design for effective use across different devices and screen sizes is required. • Support single sign-on, allowing users to access all applications with a single set of credentials. • Role-based access control for different user groups that includes the ability for the workspace to be customized to each user. • Include interactive analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools, offering both personalized and unified views of network, security, and business metrics. • Ability to easily track and report assets, subscriptions, and licenses. • Allow customizable alert policies with metrics, triggers, severity levels, and thresholds. • Easy firmware or configuration updates to an individual or a user selected group of access points and/or switches. • Partial/incremental device software upgrades which can be scheduled or performed manually. • Integrated ability to monitor client health and remote troubleshooting tool with real-time and historical view of client and device health. • Preference or dynamic Packet Capture to automatically record client issues. • Ability to create, modify and apply configuration, firewall policies, and traffic shaping (QoS) policies based on application, user, device type, device OS, SSID, or any combination thereof for both wired and wireless devices. • Protected audit logs for each system login and each configuration change including change details with filtering options for date, admin name, network segment and configuration type. • Ability to monitor and give visibility into ethernet ports speeds and duplex negotiations for both wired and wireless devices. • Ability to monitor PoE flapping and sudden changes in power draw. • Wireless solution must support integrated RF visibility offering real time heatmaps and 3D Wi-Fi maps for better network visibility. RF visibility must include 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz (if supported by the AP). • Extensibility via industry standard and documented APIs for integration with broader IT management tools. • Management licensing must be flexible and work across cloud and onpremises environments. • Licensing should include 24x7 TAC (Technical Assistance Center) support.
