The Town of Mooresville is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide medical and occupational health services to employees, retirees, and covered dependents who are enrolled in the Town of Mooresville’s health plan. The Town has approximately 1,023 individuals covered including dependents and employees, as well as 114 retirees eligible for medical coverage. The Town seeks to establish a dedicated, managed, stand-alone employee health clinic or contract with an established medical provider to deliver a comprehensive range of healthcare services. These services may include, but are not limited to, primary care, health risk assessments, acute and urgent care, immunizations, injections, laboratory services, disease management, stress testing, prescription services, chronic condition management, wellness programs, medication dispensing, and occupational health services.
