Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Carson is seeking proposals for a qualified agency to perform a Phase I Environmental SiteAssessment (ESA) for the property acquired through the City of Carson Neighborhood StabilizationProgram (NSP). The City intends to use an Environmental Phase I Site Assessment company(s) tostudy whether hazardous material contamination has or has had the potential to impact the soil and/orgroundwater underlying the site. The City intends to use services for, but not limited to the following:1. Site reconnaissance to visually assess current Site utilization;2. Review of local geology and hydrogeology using available data; and3. Review of current and historical conditions
