Respond to requests for repair service within ONE (1) working day (Arrive at DAC facility) and begin repair work within ONE (1) working day of notification by site contact. Develop and strictly adhere to systematic schedule to perform preventative maintenance, as recommended by individual equipment manufacturers, on all equipment covered by the agreement. Vendor shall perform preventative maintenance services on each forklift no less frequently than ONCE EVERY NINETY (90) DAYS, for the Apex Warehouse. The vendor shall perform preventative maintenance service more frequently if circumstances warrant. Make timely recommendations, in writing, to warehouse management regarding repairs or modifications which might be needed on individual pieces of equipment, to maximize the equipment's operating efficiency and performance, and/or extend its useful life...
