1 -Work is to occur on all levels -Roof type is TPO -Demolish and replace two high-level exterior roof access ladders of approximately 20 feet -Install one shorter ladder of approximately four feet for access to the octagonal flat roof. Install one anchor point at the low roof to access the condensing unit near the roof edge. -Install one anchor point at the mid-level roof small section to access LPS. -Install approximately 1,079 linear feet of lifeline on all levels of the roof, offset from the edge two feet, to access LPS 2 Vendor shall: -Submit shop drawing of guard rail, swing gate and installation for approval prior to install. -Submit fasteners and sealant for approval prior to install. -Submit anchor point shop drawing and installation for approval prior to install. -Submit ladder shop drawing and installation for approval prior to install. -Submit shop drawings for lifeline system for approval prior to install. -Submit load testing data verification for all anchor points.
