The N.C. Air National Guard, Department of Public Safety, desires to have provided a complete and efficient Lawn Maintenance Service, including all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment in order to maintain a presentable appearance and health of the contracted lawn and landscaping area(s). The grass will be mowed & trimmed weekly, apply herbicide to all mulch/pine needles & fence areas once (1) a month or as needed, apply herbicide to fence & gravel areas once (1) a month or as needed. If a cutting or application of herbicides is missed for any reason, that item will be deducted from the monthly invoice total or be made up at the end of the contract period (extra cut at no charge).
