Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security Camera System that monitors and controls all security cameras at all of our campus locations and has the ability to integrate with a Keyless Access Door Entry System. The electronic door access control on main doors will reduce the cost on surveillance cameras needed to cover additional hallways. The cameras shall be high quality cameras of a reputable manufacturer such as Axis, Video Insight or similar quality camera. Cameras shall be 1080p cameras with day/night functionality with built in IR. Cameras shall have a 3 year warranty. POE switches shall be provided by BRCC. Cameras and system shall be vandal proof. Contractor to provide interior and exterior lift as needed. One unified security platform that fully embeds ALL the security capabilities into one intuitive reporting system Consolidation of all alarm management and threat level monitoring across a single interface Redundant cloud based video and access retention will need to be available across a single interface Capable of federating access and video system control to a third party supervisory location Portable software virtualization
