The Contract will include operations of GoDurham ACCESS services by the selected Contractor. The Contract will include provision of key staff, vehicle operations, vehicle maintenance, safety, ADA customer eligibility certification, customer call center, data collection and reporting, fare collection and reporting, a mobility broker software-as-a-service platform (herein “Platform”) to support trip planning, trip booking, trip assignments, program billing, service optimization, and customer support, marketing, branding, and travel training support functions. All services and functions shall be provided to the City under one prime contract (herein “Contract”). GoDurham ACCESS customers (existing transit riders and the general public) will use the software platform (herein “Platform”) application to plan, book, pay for (if fare collection resumes), and execute their trip, including connections to fixed route service. The selected contractor (herein “Contractor”) will use the Platform to monitor and manage trip delivery, collect data, and generate planning and management reports on behalf of the City. All services and systems will be fully compliant with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, serve the general public, and serve persons certified eligible for ADA services.
