All 20 existing campsites are to be renovated. Improvements to the campsites will consist of grading, hardening with landscape timbers, and gravel surfacing. Nine sites are to be provided with full electrical, water, and sewer connections for RVs. Camping cabins are to be added to three campsites. Three campsites, including one of the RV sites and one of the camping cabin sites, are to be ADA compliant. Accessible walkways will connect the accessible sites to the new shower house. The existing campground loop road is to be widened to 16' and resurfaced. Utility construction will include new water service connections and a new sewer system for the shower house and RV sites. The new sewer system will be connected to the county sewer system via a proposed force main.
