Vendor shall provide post-conditional offer physical examination, completion of applicable medical examination report (F-2), psychological testing and drug testing (minimum of 10 panel). These services shall include reinstatement and post-incident psychological evaluations. A. Vendor shall provide services to include (a) applicant evaluations, (b) vendor analysis of evaluation results, and (c) vendor recommendation of applicant suitability. The services are needed to aid in successful, safe employment and retention of new hires. 1.
