1. Engineering services may include the following tasks: a. Hydraulic analysis of the Morgan Creek Bypass channel. b. Evaluation of erosion on the channel slopes. Prepare a recommendation, with estimate of cost, to stabilize the channel slope. c. Evaluation of deposition in the channel and recommendation for improvements. d. Develop plans and specifications for channel stabilization and dredging. e. Prepare and submit permits for the project as need from Federal, State, and Local agencies and authorities. f. Assist OWASA with bidding the construction work and make a recommendation of award. g. Provide construction phase services to monitor the contractors work and to insure compliance with the design and permits.
