No additional specifications were given. a. Assign one principal account manager to this contract. The principal account manager is hereby identified as one of the Vendor's "key personnel", as that term is defined in RFP Section 2.9, above. Other "key personnel" may be identified by the Vendor in the Vendor's proposal or by the parties by contract amendment; b. Assign one employee who will be the “Board Administrator” of which at least 90% of their time will be dedicated to this Board. The Board Administrator is hereby identified as one of the Vendor's "key personnel", as that term is defined in RFP Section 2.9, above. Other "key personnel" may be identified by the Vendor in the Vendor's proposal or by the parties by contract amendment; c. Maintain an office in Wake County that is open to the public and physically accessible to the public, to house the Board’s operation to include an office facility with adequate space for the assigned staff, files, equipment, in-house storage, and off-site storage. A conference room must be available for meetings of the Board committees, auditor, or Board attorney. The conference room must hold at least 10 people. d. Staff the office from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM each State Business Day; e. Dedicate a phone line to be answered from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM each State Business Day; f. Maintain Board calendar and ensure compliance with Article 33C of the N.C. General Statutes; g. Designate a rule-making coordinator and assist the Board and Board attorney with the rule-making process as necessary and publication of rules in NCAC.
