Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Chapel Hill is exploring options to improve the security posture and response to threats in our environment. The proposed solution should include proactive security monitoring services, vulnerability assessment and risk management reporting. The intent of this solution would be an extension of the Town of Chapel Hill’s Technology Solutions (TS) department. • Implement a security operations center (SOC) and a security information and event monitoring (SIEM) solution. • Implement real time data analysis and alerting of security events on the Town’s networks. • Provide automated compliance reporting that can be utilized for periodic audits. • Vulnerability assessment and management • Participate in reviews of the Town’s overall cybersecurity plan and overall health.
