1. Mow all established grass areas around each school ground in a neat and workman-like manner. Vegetation is to be cut to a uniform height of three (3”) inches. Vegetation around structures, walks, flowerbeds, trees, parking lots, ponds, and other comparable items must be mowed to provide a neat and finished appearance. 2. Neatly trim/weed eat around all structures, walks, flowerbeds, and similar areas to provide a Finish per GCS standards shown in this RFP. 3. Mow/Trim all areas outside of high school athletic playing fields and tracks. 4. Edge all sidewalks & curbs with a bladed edger to provide a finished appearance. 5. Do not mow inside garden areas defined by borders or groups of raised beds. If the garden areas are removed, you will then begin to maintain them once the grass is reestablished. 6. Maintain growth under any bleachers.
