Repair damaged color matched flashing and color matched pipe and roof flanges • Repair loose and rotted wood and install vented soffit (284 Linear feet by 4’ wide as well as 75’ soffit above the main roof) and trim metal over exterior wood and install 32 canister new LED lights and 3 floodlight fixtures with LED lights outside • Renovations to 2 street-side bathrooms: -refurbish 2 street-side bathrooms to include 1 new ADA-compliant toilet, sink, and soap dispenser as well as a mirror -paint room and floor -repair ceiling in both bathrooms and install grab bars fortoilets -install 2 new dead bolt and latches for outside bathrooms -remove electric hand dryer and install new paper towel holder in each street side bathroom (2) • Renovations to shower/bathroom/changing area -remove one toilet in men's and women's bathrooms and make accessible, and install new grab bars and stalls -remove (4 bathrooms/7 changing stalls) and replace new bathroom and changing stalls in women’s side -remove and replace 2 bathroom stalls in the men’s side -add 3 new changing stalls in the men’s side -install new valves on 8 sinks (4 on each side) -install 4 new shower heads and on/off valves on men’s side with piping installed on the inside of the shower room; install for winterization -install 4 new shower heads and on/off valves on women’s side with piping installed on the inside of the shower room; install for winterization • Resurface, level, and repaint floors for the entire bathhouse. Bid Alternate 1: Shingles instead of a metal roof.
