Demolition 1. Remove interior wood paneling, bathroom wall tile, all flooring, existing plumbing fixtures, electrical lighting fixtures, interior and exterior doors and fixed glass. Electrical 1. Upgrade electrical service as needed. 2. Replace any damaged or undersized wiring. 3. Replace receptacles with grounded type, install GFCI as required 4. Install new exhaust fans in toilet rooms, exhaust to exterior of building. TF 200 or equal as approved by owner 5. Install new 2’x2’ LED light fixtures in new dropped ceiling, occupancy sensor activated. Westinghouse or equal as approved by owner 6. Install new 2’x2’ LED light fixtures in toilet rooms, occupancy sensor activated. Westinghouse or equal as approved by owner 7. Install new exit/emergency battery pack lights at doors leading to the exterior of this building. Lithonia Lighting ECRG RD M6 or equal as approved by owner 8. Install new supply with disconnect for new heat pump system. 9. Install new smoke detection and carbon monoxide detection device. Detect 30CVRV or equal as approved by owner Mechanical 1. Install new heat pump of adequate size for maximum heating and cooling comfort and energy savings with properly sized supply and return. Trane or equal as approved by owner Building 1. Insulate all interior and exterior walls as necessary for sound deadening and energy savings. 2. Covering all walls, except interior toilet room walls, with 5/8” Fire rated gypsum wallboard, finished smooth. 3. Install new 2x2 dropped ceiling between dropped beams in large room, AFF height to be determined. Armstrong Fissured White Mineral or equal as approved by owner. 4. At exterior door facing runway construct new accessible ramp with 5’ x 5’ landing outside door, with 5’ wide ramp in the directions of main terminal. Install metal pipe handrail/guardrail on open side. Ramp and landing to be constructed of 3,000 psi air entrained concrete with broom finish. Tail to be painted safety yellow. 5. Install new fixed double pane tempered glass in existing exterior wall opening. 6. In door opening leading to shop/hangar area install inswing one hour rated fire doors.
