➢ Provide approximately 60 tanker deliveries of 45,000 lbs. per budget year from July 1– June 30; ➢ Provide and set up on an automatic schedule of weekly deliveries on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays; ➢ Filled by means of a 3” quick connect to County tank using Contractor’s adequate equipment to connect to County system ➢ Bid should be in pounds and MUST reference concentration, specific gravity, and type (i.e.. high air classified or quick lime). ➢ Price should be valid from time of bid thru 6/30/2026, with an option to renew for one additional year. ➢ An SDS sheet and a full detailed Spec. Sheet must be turned in with bid. ➢ On occasion the vendor may be required to provide an emergency (extra) load deliverable within 48 hours of notification. ➢ If your product will not work with our current system. (i.e.; pumps, tank, hookup, injection line) please provide details regarding your product and any upgrades you will provide to our current system. Any additional charges must be listed on the bid form. ➢ If the vendor is providing equipment (i.e.: pumps, tank, mixers…etc.) warranty and scheduled maintenance must also be provided. Any additional charges must be listed on the bid form. ➢ Vendor must provide the install of any additional equipment. Any additional charges must be listed on the bid form. ➢ Any fuel surcharge must be listed on the bid form.
