• Phase 1 - Scope of work consists of 14,786 sf of renovation to the existing Lenoir High School Gymnasium with a 300- sf elevator two story expansion. A 5,240-sf renovation of the existing Lenoir High School Auditorium and site improvements between both sites. This includes site work, utilities, hardscapes, exterior window upgrades/repainting, doors and hardware, masonry cleaning, drywall, flooring, fire sprinkler, HVAC, and electrical. • Phase 2 – Scope of work consists of 4,897 sf of renovation to the existing one-story City building and a new 4,346 sf outdoor structural steel Pavilion. This includes site work, utilities, hardscapes, exterior window upgrades/repainting, doors and hardware, masonry cleaning, drywall, flooring, fire sprinkler, HVAC, and electrical.
