2.1.1 General legal counsel and assistance to the DHA Board of Commissioners and DHA In-house Counsel as requested by the Board or Chief Executive Officer; 2.1.2 Legal counsel and consultation on all development and redevelopment related real estate matters including mixed-finance transactions, land use, planning, zoning, partnership formation, master development agreements, acquisitions and sales and other related matters; 2.1.2 Representation of DHA as a bond issuer for tax exempt and taxable multifamily housing revenue bonds, low-income housing tax credit issues, and related matters; 2.1.3 Taxation issues (federal, state, and local) relating to real property, non- profit corporations, public corporations, real estate development partnerships, and related matters; 2.1.4 General counsel and specific project related matters including, but not limited to, state and federal labor and employment law and litigation, employee benefits, and related human resources matters; and 2.1.5 Additional legal matters that may be requested and to supplement DHA in- house legal resources including general litigation, landlord- tenant matters, and Fair Housing Act counsel and representation.
