Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Site Controller must be Lenel LNL-3300 or latest version i. Must be sized for each site to support the required quantity of door locations, as specified in Floor Plans and Access Points for ten (10) additional future locations, ii. Must support card reading for a Wiegand communication output, compatible with the proximity cards used by DOR (ISOProxII- part number 1386LGGMN) iii. Communication with downstream door controllers shall use RS-485 communication link iv. Controllers shall be Listed UL 294. 2. Door Controller must be Lenel LNL-2210 or latest version i. Must support single card reader port for each door location ii. Must accept inputs for exit and authorized use of doors (communication with security system) iii. Outputs must be provided for electrical hardware components. Units must operate at 24 volt DC, with battery backup. iv. Controllers must be Listed UL 294 for at least 48 hours. 3. Card Reader i. Single function Card Reader suitable for mounting to door frame or mullion. ii. HID proximity technology with minimum 36-bit encryption. iii. All equipment associated with the electronic access control system shall be supported by integral battery systems that provides at least 48 hours of full operation. 4. Door Hardware i. Vendor must coordinate with Leasing Manager and Contract manager at each leased facility to provide door hardware that is consistent with products currently in use within the facilities and consistent with performance requirements outlined in this section. ii. Provide electrified door strike with fail secure option, equivalent to Von Duprin 6200 Series. Hardware shall be listed and labeled for use in the rated fire assembly required for doors located in a rated wall, where indicated on the Floor Plans and Access Points documentation.
