Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mow all grass around the facility to maintain a uniform height on all grounds of 3.5 – 5 inched above the grade. •Lime and fertilize as needed (at least once a year) with the proper amount per acre to promote growth. •String trim around all curbs, shrubs, and the walkways with each mowing. Remove all clippings from the walkways and parking areas after each mowing as well. •Mulch all areas around trees, on parking lot islands, and at entrances with good quality mulch at least once per calendar year. •Trim all shrubbery around facility as needed (excluding the Single-Trunk Crepe Myrtle trees that line the right-of-way.) •Remove snow and ice during winter months as needed.
