1. All tents regardless of size shall have up to 10-foot-high sides. 2. Tents must be clean, in good condition, free of rips/tears, pin holes, etc., ready to erect and left ready for use. 3. Tents Shall be Hoeker Brand or functional equivalent. 4. Vendor shall be in a position to replace tents within four (4) hours. 5. Frame tents shall have Aluminum tube construction. 6. Clear Span Tents must be boxed beam construction with no interior poles. 7. Due to safety concerns and locations of tents, no external stakes will be allowed. Stakes shall be placed in the base of the side verticals only. 8. When and where possible alternative options for securing should be considered with NCSF approval. 9. Lighting shall consist of up to a minimum of eight (8) lights to be mercury vapor or metal halide at a minimum or LED. The State reserves the right to request a sample of the lighting before an award is made. 10. Vendor is responsible to provide adequate lighting for each tent requesting this additional service. 11. Electrical plugs will be available for use. Vendor is to provide and install all electrical cords for lights from the tents to the electrical panels provided. 12. Ground surface will either be concrete, asphalt, grass, or gravel. 13. NCSF will provide fire safety equipment. 14. All tents must be Setup Starting Monday, September 22, 2025, and completed by October 06, 2025, and removal starting Monday, October 27, 2025, and must be completed by Friday, October 31, 2025. Failure to do so will result in a 15% hold back on invoice payment until all tents are removed. 15. NCSF personnel will handle all permits and utility locating. 16. All Stake Holes must be filled and repaired following the fair. 17. NCSF has the right to cancel any and all tent reservations until September 22, 2025.
