1 28 Perform landscaping service according to Section 5.1 (includes mowing, weed eating, removing weeds, edging sidewalks, clean-up of debris, etc.) 3 Prune and hedge all shrubbery/bushes (including parking lot) not less than three (3) times per year to maintain a uniform look. Monitor trees and shrubbery growing close to building structure and trim/prune as needed to maintain size based upon location. Remove all debris and dead leaves from tops of pruned shrubbery and surrounding areas. 4 Quarterly replenishing and distribution of approved “playground mulch” to Nature PlaySpace pathways. 4 4 Quarterly addition of pine bark, pine straw, cedar mulch to Nature PlaySpace sensory garden areas. 5 4 Quarterly application of pine straw at base of three (3) long leaf pine trees in Nature PlaySpace.
