Specifications include, but are not limited to: mowing, edging, fertilizing, liming, aerating, over-seeding, weed control, and overall maintenance of turf areas; mulching, trenching, pruning, fertilizing, weeding, insect and disease control of trees and shrub beds; maintaining, adjusting, repairing, and operating complex irrigation systems; installing and maintaining supplementary plantings and annual plantings programs; and trash and debris pickup on the grounds. The Contractor shall perform all the services in a manner that is consistent with the highest standards in the industry; The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, supervision, and equipment, including maintenance and fuel, to perform snow and ice removal services as set forth in this Scope of Work.; The general areas of the airport to be covered under this agreement include, but are not limited to, roadways, walkways and parking facilities. Services shall be provided as needed twenty-four hours per day and seven days per week, including holidays.; As the Winter Event becomes more eminent, the Authority shall request the Contractor to mobilize its personnel. After receiving notification to mobilize, the Contractor’s Superintendent shall arrive at the designated staging area within two (2) hours and the remainder of the work force shall be on site within three (3) hours, unless other arrival times have been requested
