1) Routine Maintenance - For all properties, services would include mowing, trimming and edging, blowing, debris and trash collection, clipping cleanup and routine bed maintenance. These tasks are to be performed during the growing seasons. Regular maintenance will also include leaf blowing and or removal where necessary during fall. Note: Per Orange County policy vendor agrees to prohibit the use of the herbicide “Roundup” on County property. 2) Regular/Periodic Maintenance – Pruning of trees and shrubbery, shrub trimming, weeding/landscaping as needed; mulching as needed and agreed to as part of the site visit and conference. 3) Winter Service – periodical visits from mid-November through mid-February to check for litter, debris, fallen or broken limbs and other hazards.
