The selected contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform a wide range of landscaping services across the campus. These services include but are not limited to: • Demolition and removal of existing plant materials and landscape features • Soil preparation and amendment • Irrigation system repairs and new installation • Plant material procurement and installation • Application of pre- and post-emergent chemical treatments • Installation of edging, decorative stone, and bed delineation • Turf renovation (aeration, overseeding, sod) • Installation of low-voltage landscape lighting • Short-term landscape maintenance and watering post-installation • Professional design services for layout and planting plans
