Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF SERVICES Offerors shall: - Provide quote for charge for blood drawing fee. - Provide immediate answers to questions about specimens in progress, handling requirements, results, fees, and unlisted tests. - Provide written information about tests (old and new), handling requirements, methods, fees, insurance CPT code (if available). - Have capability to repeat test or add new test(s) to existing specimens after SHP receives and reviews the original results. - Supply at no additional charge proper collection media, tubes or reagents and instructions necessary for optimum results. - Provide customized services by request whenever possible - such as special tests within a panel or special provisions for confidential drug testing. - Provide laboratory collection facilities throughout North Carolina, which must be located within forty-five (45) minutes from each of the following cities: Greenville, Fayetteville, Raleigh, Greensboro, Conover, Hickory, Asheville and Charlotte.
