Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lake Michie Raw Water Pump Station Site – intake upgrades including new multi-levelwithdrawal intake with bar screening and new low-level outlet; new 900-hp split-case horizontal pumps,piping, and valves; new water and septic systems; new 1,500 kVA utility transformer and electrical powerdistribution system replacement including 1,000 kW generator; control system upgrades providing remoteoperation/monitoring of pump station operations; new security system; structural upgrades includingelevated concrete slab extension, crack and spall repairs, and fill of abandoned lake drain flumes; andvarious building upgrades including new bridge crane, abatement of hazardous materials, newinterior/exterior coatings, window replacement, new HVAC system, and various other building spacerenovations.
