Vendors must submit a detailed scope of work outlining each security system componant and details regarding services to be included as well as costs incurred: • Understanding of the current system design. • Provide service and support for all current equipment (cameras, intercoms, door locks and controls, touch panels, software, servers and storage). • Provide software and firmware updates as necessary for each component of the security system(s). • Provide any necessary training to County staff as software/technology changes are implemented. • Provide support for the security system(s) in a critical 7 x 24 x 365 operating environment. • Provide ‘as built’ documentation for wiring and other changes to the head end.
