Specifications include, but are not limited to: Union County, North Carolina, through its Facilities Department is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified companies to provide janitorial services. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide janitorial and day porter services in accordance with the referenced specifications. Janitorial and day porter services applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways (exterior and interior), lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways and walkways. The Contractor shall adhere to all current applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes and ordinances, including those promulgated by the North Carolina State Department of Health Services.
