Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cleaning services for the J. Douglas Galyon Depot located at 236 East Washington Street in Greensboro, NC. The selected vendor will be required to provide cleaning services for the waiting area of the Depot. The successful firm will provide various cleaning and clean-up functions which also includes floor work. The Depot waiting area is approximate 12,839 square feet. The selected Contractor will be required to provide cleaning services throughout the year, seven (7) days a week, some holidays and increment weather days. Services will not be required on the following holidays; Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day due to the Depot Facility being closed.
