The Contractor will provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required to annually clear the Moore County Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) interceptor as detailed below. ➢ Both heavy equipment and hand clearing will be provided; approximately 50% must be hand cleared due to weather conditions year round ➢ Clearing will be from tree line to tree line, approximately 30’ at the widest point ➢ Debris left on site will be pushed to tree line ➢ Issues such as beaver dams, fences, dumping, damage to Moore County property will be reported to the Superintendent of the WPCP ➢ Mowing will not be done in gated communities in which the interceptor passes, including CCNC, Pinehurst #7, Knollwood, and National Golf Courses
