Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rockingham County is requesting proposals from individuals or companies to perform daily operations at the new indoor firing range facility located at 151 James Kallam Drive, Madison, NC 27025. The successful respondent will be required to provide a high level of customer service at the range, promote safe handling of firearms and promote the Second Amendment rights of the US Constitution. The County’s new indoor firing range building will be approximately 10,000 square foot in size. This facility is adjacent to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s outdoor firing range. Construction of the new range is proposed to be completed by Fall of 2023. The County may request follow-up information from each respondent after proposals are submitted if needed.
