o Provide all required permits and inspections. o Provide all labor and material to complete the project per RFP, Drawings Pre Bid directives and Permit Requirements. o Provide labor and material for 12’ x 12’ x 6” concrete slab for incinerator. o Provide labor and material to install 6’ chain-link fence around perimeter of concrete slab. 9- gauge chain, schedule 40 post, tension wire at bottom of fence. o Install a 36” personnel gate on parking lot side of slab for entry. o Provide labor and material to install metal canopy/ metal roof over slab/incinerator. Roof must have a minimum 4’ clearance. (See Spec Sheet). o Provide labor and material to provide gas line, from slab to outside perimeter, for gas meter hook up (See Drawing) to include required permit. o Provide labor and material to provide 115v 60hz 20-amp service for incinerator. (see Spec Sheet) to include required permit. o Work will need to be coordinated with install of incinerator before fence is installed.
