Component One: Tutoring • Vendor will provide face-to-face or online tutoring services for students identified by WCPSS in association with Title VI. • Each student participating in the program is eligible for up to two days of tutoring per week or a total of up to four hours per week not to exceed a total of 40 hours total before getting approval from the WCPSS Senior Director of K-12 Academic Enhancement and the WCPSS Indian Education Program Coordinator. • Pre-tutoring and post-tutoring data related to academic progress will be required for each student participating in the program and collected by the WCPSS Senior Director of K-12 Academic Enhancement, the WCPSS Indian Education Program Coordinator, and tutor vendor. • Vendor will work with the WCPSS Senior Director of K-12 Academic Enhancement and the WCPSS Indian Education Program Coordinator for student identification • In conjunction with the WCPSS Senior Director of K-12 Academic Enhancement and the WCPSS Indian Education Program Coordinator, vendor will make arrangements with parents/guardians securing permissions for speaking with the student’s teacher and/or parent or guardian. • Students shall receive one-on-one or small group tutoring as determined by the WCPSS Senior Director of K-12 Academic Enhancement and the WCPSS Indian Education Program Coordinator • At a minimum, vendor must attend monthly check in meetings with the WCPSS Senior Director of K12 Academic Enhancement and the WCPSS Indian Education Program Coordinator Component Two: Test Prep • Vendor shall provide ACT, EOG, EOC, and/or SAT Test Prep classes ○ Each test prep session will be a minimum of 2 hours ○ A test prep series will include a minimum of 4 sessions
