● Vendors shall provide in-person training August 20-21, 2025, for approximately 40 educators ○ Training will be held at Zebulon Magnet Middle School in Zebulon, NC ○ Sessions for both days should be 8 hours in length ○ Same attendees will be present for both workshop days ● Demonstrate previous experience training 6th - 8th grade teachers ● Provide print and digital supporting resources and materials, including planning templates and protocols for teacher use as well as a feedback form as a reflective tool to assess learning, before August 20, 2025, deadline ● Meet with key school leadership to determine requirements for aligning instructional cooperative learning strategies to the Design Thinking Process (empathize, define, iterate, prototype, test) prior to August 20, 2025 ● Submit finalized agenda and respond to WCPSS feedback prior to August 20, 2025 ● Demonstrate successful completion of Professional Development with large school districts ● Be authorized and licensed to provide Kagan professional development ● Have scientific research and evidence that backs up effective strategies ● Provide concrete protocols to use these strategies that allow teacher to facilitate learning
