The DWM anticipates utilizing the selected firm to provide services for the entire project lifecycle. The original contract will consist of evaluation of existing infrastructure, recommendations for improvements needed to return the tank to service, and evaluation of alternatives for necessary improvements. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to: • Tank evaluation • Piping and valve evaluation • Evaluation of Miscellaneous site improvements o Tank access hatches/ladders o Cobblestone access stairs o Damaged fire hydrant o Existing valve house o Animal burrows/erosion o Decommissioned booster pump house • Technical Memorandum to document inspections, alternatives evaluated and recommended improvements
