Specifications include, but are not limited to: East Carolina University is seeking the services of a qualified design firm to provide design services for the Howell Science Building South-Comprehensive Renovation phase 1. The project will eventually consist of three phases of renovation. This solicitation is for design services for the South tower, the North to South connector, and the animal lab. Services will include preparation of a comprehensive building program, cost model, design, existing equipment assessment, relocation planning, and construction sequencing for this renovation. The selected designer will work with the university's space planning department as well as user groups to determine programmatic needs as well as possible temporary laboratory space if needed during the renovation.
