Complete a Historic Property Inventory Form 213 Market Street and 106 West Lakeview Drive in Jones County to provide an updated NC SHPO historic site inventory form for recordation purposes following the NC SHPO’s Architectural Survey Manual: Practical Advice for Recording Historic Resources. 1. Once the Vendor for the project has been contracted, communication between the Subrecipient, NCEM, the Vendor, and FEMA Region 4- EHP office will start with a kick-off meeting. The kick-off meeting will include the Vendor FEMA Region 4-EHP, FEMA-HMA, the NCEM, and the Subrecipient to clarify the project SOW, timeframes, and expected deliverables. 2. Thereafter, the Vendor shall communicate status updates with the FEMA Region 4-EHP office bi-weekly either via email updates or should more detailed discussion occur via a scheduled phone meeting. 3. The Vendor shall perform a cultural resources survey that follows the North Carolina SHPO Historic Survey Report Standards. 4. The Vendor shall submit a digital draft of the Historic Inventory Form electronically to FEMA Region 4-EHP for review and approval prior to continued Section 106 consultation. 5. FEMA shall provide any comments and/or corrections to the Vendor to address. If needed, FEMA Region 4-EHP will arrange a meeting via phone to discuss any edits or corrections to the report if applicable.
