Routine maintenance such as oil changes, oil and air filter changes, checking (and correcting) all fluid levels, inspecting tires, inspecting brakes, check-engine lights, wiper blades and inspection date, perform state and federal inspections. Routine Maintenance schedule will be based on engine hours CPFUA Equipment shall have priority treatment Repair work beyond Routine Maintenance Contractor shall clearly define any hazardous waste disposal fees and any shop fees Contractor will notify CFPUA of all potential manufacturer warranty work Contractor will furnish the garage facility and all labor, parts, and supplies necessary for proper equipment maintenance Contractor agrees to maintain an up-to-date file on all cost and charges incurred in the maintenance of each piece of Authority equipment Contractor agrees to make available to the Authority; 1) monthly summary of equipment expense by department and equipment asset number, 2) equipment maintenance file in the garage and 3) a listing of North Carolina Certified Inspections performed 4) a summary report for each piece of equipment from the previous year to include all maintenance
