A. New units shall be the direct replacement to the original and placed on existing pads, Two - Lochinvar Model #PBN1002-M13, 1,000,000 Btu/hr shall be used with low water cutoffs and bell alarms. B. Two – new stepdown gas regulators to achieve 8” water column shall be installed. C. Two – new ½ hp, 5-amp, Bell and Gossett, recirculating pumps with 2” flange to replace existing. D. Two – new 3DS-2-1/2S Triple duty valves, 2.5” straight pattern, to replace existing. E. Match exhaust flue piping for new units to tie into existing flue. F. Once tied into existing gas and electrical, the system must be pressure tested, checked for proper operation, and combustion set to manufacturers specifications. G. All piping shall be insulated upon completion. H. Work will need to be scheduled around meetings and events at the Courthouse. I. Provide dumpsters for all construction debris or remove debris from premises daily. J. Daily cleaning and sweeping of all debris must be completed on exterior and interior of job site. K. Provide jobsite fencing and signage to direct the public away from jobsite.
