Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: A. Provide quarterly preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of the heating and cooling equipment located at the North Carolina Aquarium at Roanoke Island during normal NC Aquarium operating hours, 9 AM to 5 PM daily and closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. B. Furnish labor, parts, refrigerant, oil and other materials to complete maintenance and repairs. C. Emergency and Repair Service – The Contractor will provide repair service at fixed hourly rates. Contractor will provide hourly rates and material costs for repairs to the listed HVAC systems. The Contract will provide an hourly rate for regular working hours and an hourly rate for overtime, non-regular hours, weekends and holidays if the Contractor applies different rates between the two. This service requires emergency repairing and unscheduled servicing of the heating and cooling systems.
